Let's start by not using bronze stuff. Anyway, this kit is intended to help the performance F2/F3 world with high-lift cast valve guides, basic knowledge and tid-bits on installation of bigger camshafts on the spring and valve section. Included are Cycle X high lift, high performance valve springs that do not need piles of shims to get pressures correct with sunken valves.
