FEATURES ARE:

Premium, fully CNC machined and pocketed top and bottom clamp components, are manufactured from 2" x 5" (51 x 126 MM) thick, Aerospace grade materials.

Super strong 1 1/2" (38 MM) thick, 2 alloy bolts per side, pinch bolt fork tube clamp area.

7075 Aluminum steering stem for lightweight and superior strength, with included billet top steering nut.

Built in lower brake hydraulic fluid manifold, that's recessed beneath the lower clamp section with AN-3 fittings, for a really clean brake line set-up that can be used as a single line or double brake line installation. (a plug for the right side for single disc applications is included if desired)

4 Tapped steering damper mounting holes are provided beneath the lower clamp if needed. (M8 x 1.25MM thd. shown above)

2 Tapped instrument cluster mounting pads are provided on the front of the top clamp for user application if needed. (M6 x 1MM thd. shown above)

The all billet Top 1" (25 MM) dia. handlebar clamp assembly is included with the entire assembly.

Fork tube dia. is 35MM, (stock) and the spread of the tubes is the stock factory dimension. (NOTE: conversion of the stock frame neck ball bearings, to tapered roller bearings is highly recommended for the best installation and performance of this unit.)

All aluminum surfaces are anodized for durability and corrosion protection, and all fasteners are heat treated alloy socket head cap screws,(Allen)

NECK BEARING CUPS HONDA SOHC

Boxer frames are the most universal frames in the industry. We can use HD neck bearing cups for Springer's  or wide glides. We can also use these special neck bearing cups to use stock Honda front ends.
Note:
 If you have a custom frame from the 70's that had a Springer, you can switch neck cups and now  use a Honda front end.
Note: Neck needs to be  5 5/8's long......... 1 5/16 ID measurement for the cups to work. ( raw metal)

We have developed a rear sprocket carrier which has a 10mm or 20mm off set ( Your choice )
The sprocket will bolt on like your old sprocket does and push the new sprocket outward 10mm or 20mm's .

Photo shows early & late Honda sprocket carriers. 
Left is 69-76. Right is 77-78.
You will notice in 77-78 Honda pushed the sprocket outwards for bigger OEM tires. The 77-78 carrier was needed for wider tires ( until now ) and spacers were sometimes still needed when going to 180/200mm tires. 
You will notice that Honda carriers have a machined area that the sprocket fits over ( pencil is pointing ). Some people have installed washers over the studs to gain more clearance allowing the sprocket to sometimes fall off the machined area and only relaying on the studs for alignment and support. ( not good)

Photo shows an early carrier with our 10mm off-set sprocket installed. By using a early carrier and our 10mm off-set you will not need to search for a 77-78 carrier. This set up is generally  good for 140, 150, 160mm tire sizes. ( Many variables, lacing procedures, tire manufactures' size fluctuations, etc. )

Note: During the lacing process, a rim can be pulled to the right for added clearance.

Left carrier ( early) has a 26mm height. Right carrier ( late) has a 36mm height.


Note: We have given you some general information and starting points to help with your wide tire custom Honda. Our front and rear off-set sprockets are only a starting point due to the many variables when building customs.

Drum to disc conversion kit.

This kit will allow you to remove your drum brake system and convert to a hydraulic disc system 
with out any modifications. Simply remove your drum backing plate and shoes, then install our disc conversion kit. 
Foot controls will be offered in natural, mid, and forward positions as needed.


Why drum to disc conversion ?
Foot controls can be a pain in the dick ( not anymore ). 
Drum brake activating linkages, cables, rods can feel soft and we see many unsafe designs on customs.
Drum brake systems have an unpredictable feel unless they are in perfect condition.
