Look at this beauty from Chaos Cycles.........Notice the Dual Carb setup??? Jealous much?

Description Of Components:
Mikuni carburetors:
Mikuni carburetors have infinite adjustability. We have been able to zero in on the amount of fuel delivery in all the circuits.
They also allow us to regulate the amount of incoming air to be mixed with the fuel. With this type of adjustability, fuel mileage and performance are things that some carburetor kits lack. Some carburetor kits simply have an intermediate jet, main jet and an idle mixture screw which limits adjustability when transitioning from low to higher speeds. Oh yeah, no more sucking air around worn throttle shafts.

Special Alloy Manifolds:
We cannot take credit for designing these alloy manifolds. The flow characteristics and design have been traced back to the Jerry Branch neck of the woods.
The alloy manifolds are the same design used by many bike builders back in the day. This design has been used by Arlen Ness and others .

Dan Casey has our carburetor system on his 1966 shovelhead and said, Quote:

" Being around HD's my whole life, I have used almost every carburetor offered. After installing The Cycle X  carburetor system, I do not want to get off my bike.
My shovelhead is stock and have racing and beating bikes that I really shouldn't. This bike pulls from down low and never stops. "

Dan realizes that there will be skeptics, because he was a skeptic himself and has offered his phone number to any one .

Jetting on the fly !!!!!!!!!

This extra gas circuit has many benefits.

Completely adjustable external jetting system.
Delivers pre-atomized ( vaporized ) fuel for maximum horsepower.
Has enough external adjustability for any altitude, temperature or engine modifications.
Float levels can be checked at a glance.

* fast and easy tuning

* increases horsepower

* improved fuel efficiency

* quicker throttle response

* billet aluminum construction

* delivers pre-atomized fuel to the engine

* has no moving parts or electronics to fail

* compensates for altitude and temperature

This device is an advanced fuel circuit that may be adjusted manually through its precision needle valve.

This device supplies 10% to 15% of overall fuel in a pre-atomized or vapor state.  It has its own fuel mixing chamber where air and fuel are properly mixed and per-atomized (vaporized).  Fuel is drawn into this chamber from the float bowl, then united and swirled at high speed with air from the air correction circuit, thus vaporizing the fuel.  This vaporized fuel is then inducted into the carburetor.  This fuel weighs only 10% of what raw fuel weighs.  The light weight of this fuel charge allows quick response to slight changes in engine fuel demand (engine load). You will have quicker throttle response, a broader power band, improved fuel efficiency, cooler running engine, longer plug life and excellent burn down protection.  The fuel induction is controlled by engine vacuum, air flow, and acoustic sound signal,.  The heavier your engine is loaded the more fuel  this device feeds.  When engine load decreases, so does this device's fuel flow.

You now have a demand feed fuel induction system that feeds fuel linear to engine load.
