The BOXER Frames!
These bobber style frames
have always been a favorite look of ours.
They have a 50's, 60's, 70's look. These no frills looking bikes are quick
steering and feature a "don't mess with me look."
Hard Tails.
Stock front geometry ( use stock front ends )===(save money)
6 inches of ground clearance. (plenty of room for MAC drag pipes)
We mocked up a bike so you can see what a bike could look like.
Install a Streetfighter motor in your boxer and go look for a fight!

This boxer is getting the full treatment
(motor work). Its lightweight and BIG motor will back up its super
aggressive look . Some of these bikes can shed about 200 lbs in weight. Even
your stock motor will pull this stripped down chassis down the road in a hurry.

will remain a secret, But we had to show you the smooth front end look we have
come up with. Once again, we insist this bike looks true to the 60's, 70's
era.

Our Pro Street Frames feature the low, don't mess with us look. Approx 4 and 4
stretch, 38 degree rake, 1020 DOM 1 inch tube, 1 1/4 backbone, TIG WELDED! Pictures speak better
than specs. The bike
featured has a 16 inch rear wheel, 19 inch front wheel
and 6 over fork tubes. Approx 5 inches of ground clearance. (lowest point) MSO included. These frames are IN STOCK!

REAR CHAIN TENSIONER :
Ever watch a bike chain while its driving down the road?
Ever notice those chain marks on the bottom of your expensive oil tank?
Ever get tired of adjusting your chain and there is a gap in your fender
location?
We love these super high level chain tensioners because they will
eliminate
chain whip, chain noise,
vibration, reduce chain and sprocket wear.

Not fun! This tapered neck bearing set will give you support that OEM ball

BEARING CUPS - - -HONDA SOHC
Boxer frames are the most
universal frames in the industry. We can use HD neck bearing cups for Springer's
or wide glides. We can also use these special neck bearing cups to use stock
Honda front ends.
Note:
If you have a custom frame from the 70's that had a Springer, you can switch
neck cups and now
use a Honda front end.
Note: Neck needs to be 5 5/8's long......... 1 5/16 ID measurement for
the cups to work. ( raw metal)

20mm axels are used on many Asian bikes. The Asians never thought of building
an axel this cool.
11 inches long in the middle.
3 inch spikes ( watch your shins )

This is the same tubing used to make all the HD frames for years.

chain alignment
tool :
You could buy a laser beam alignment tool or you could get this
simple
alignment tool. (like we used in the old days) This tool bolts to the rear
sprocket and will tell you exactly how your chain is aligned. These
tools normally have a short rod. We use this tool with a 30 inch rod.

This is what we use to clean up the neck area's of Honda 750's. Machined
