We designed this carb system for easy maintenance
and looks. Dyno testing was done for the proper fuel and air mixture.
Our test bike had 44+ thousand miles on
it. Gave it a mini tune up, and we went from 51 HP to 58.8 HP.(rear wheel)

Just A Reminder:
While Honda 750's have been surpassed in speed by many newer bikes, Its
potential is better than most. Properly modified, It can be lighter and faster
than many Super-bikes.
NOTE:
Your ignition system is weak. Do not be fooled while jetting your carbs by a
weak ignition.
Stock coils develop about 10,000 volts max. Most engines require as much as
14-18,000 volts to complete the burn.

MIKUNI
needle shim kit:
This is what we use for precise midrange tuning on our carb systems.
Each needle e-clip position moves the needle .040 ( forty thousandths ) at
a time. This large adjustment can sometimes take you rich to lean ( or visa
versa ).
This shim kit will allow you to fine tune your bike in increments of .010 ( ten thousands
) at a time.
Note: The needle adjustment will affect your tuning from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle.

Apparently technology has reached the spark plug world. There was a few

who have our
Carb System and loved the system but went through a
few spark plugs
now and then. They changed to these NGK IRDIUM Spark
Plugs and the plugs had a
perfect brown plug reading.

for discovering these spark
